“Pearl” Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions:
“Pearl” Sweepstakes open until the close of business on June 30, 2009. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE ODDS OF WINNING.
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all properly completed entry forms. Entries may be submitted by 1) completing and mailing a letter entry to Metrex, 2) completing an on-line form at www.metrex.com. The drawing will be held on or about July 3, 2009 by the sponsor, Metrex Research Corporation (“Metrex” or “Sponsor”), whose decision is final. Participant need not be present to win.
Sweepstakes open to US-residents only. One entry per person, and the sweepstake will not be combined with any other Metrex promotions. Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received. Metrex is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, undelivered, stolen, postage due or misdirected entries.
Prize is a set of pearl earrings and a pearl necklace ($580 prize value). Sponsor shall only be responsible for awarding the number of prizes as stated in these Terms and Conditions. Prize is non-transferable, cannot be substituted and has no cash alternative.
By entering this Sweepstakes, participant acknowledges that the information provided may be used to communicate with the participant in relation to this Sweepstakes as well as for other purposes. Participants DO NOT have to submit to a sales presentation.
Sponsor expressly disclaims all responsibility or liability for loss, damages, injury or delay to property or persons due to any causes, including but not limited to, acts of God, nature, labor strikes, and terrorism occurring during the use of the prize awarded. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded.
By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Metrex Research Corporation, its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising, design, and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, employees, representatives, and agents, from any injuries, losses, liability, or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, or participation in this Sweepstakes.
Under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, attorney’s fees or any right to have any damages multiplied or increased.
Winner will be notified in writing at the mailing address or e-mail address listed on the entry form and announced at www.metrex.com. Winner further grants to Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents and assigns, without limitation, the right to use Winner’s name and address for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
All federal, state, local income and/or other applicable taxes, are the winner's sole responsibility.
Winner must complete and return an affidavit of eligibility within fifteen (15) days of date on the winner notification letter and comply with all terms and conditions of this Sweepstakes. VOID IN AZ, FL, NY, RI, PR AND WHERE PROHIBITED.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion at any time, for any reason.
