Metrex Social Responsibility during COVID-19
Metrex is dedicated to infection prevention. We are making all efforts to support the fight against COVID-19 in over 80 countries. Our mission of working tirelessly to support healthcare professionals in the fight against infectious diseases has been called into action with the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the start of the outbreak in China to present day, our team has made it our global corporate responsibility to help countries in need of infection prevention solutions.
Our plants are making every effort to meet the needs of healthcare facilities throughout the world. Here are ways we have worked to make an impact in supporting the healthcare community:
- Our manufacturing sites have been running 24/7 to meet the needs of our healthcare professionals/heroes. (Video)
- International donations efforts to hospitals in countries with most need throughout this pandemic, including China, South Korea, Italy and more.
- Product donations and education to our local community including John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California (where our corporate office is located) and the Detroit Fire Department (where our manufacturing site is located).
- We are sensitive to this situation and are monitoring it closely to ensure we are providing the support our global community needs at this time. Beyond products, we strive to deliver solutions to protect our front line works. We are in this together.
